Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sentry Homes United ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of our website and consulting services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our services.

Description of Services

Sentry Homes United provides consulting services including, but not limited to, strategic planning, operational improvement, growth advisory, and executive coaching. The specific scope of services will be defined in separate agreements or statements of work for each engagement.

No Guarantee of Outcomes

While we strive to provide valuable consulting services, we make no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding specific outcomes, results, or returns on investment.

The success of any consulting engagement depends on numerous factors, many of which are outside our control, including but not limited to: client implementation of recommendations, market conditions, competitive factors, internal organizational dynamics, and economic circumstances. Past performance or case studies do not guarantee future results.

Consulting Relationship

Our relationship with you is that of an independent consultant. Nothing in these Terms or any engagement creates:

01An employer-employee relationship
02A partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship
03A fiduciary relationship or duty beyond what is expressly stated
04Any obligation to provide ongoing services beyond the scope of a specific engagement

We provide advice and recommendations based on our expertise and the information provided to you. You retain full decision-making authority and responsibility for your business operations.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

IN NO EVENT SHALL SENTRY HOMES UNITED, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY FAILURE OR DELAY IN PERFORMING OUR OBLIGATIONS WHERE SUCH FAILURE OR DELAY RESULTS FROM CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in State of California.
